On February 10-21, 2020 professors of AUCA Mahinur Mamatova, Mehrigiul Ablezova, Kamila Mateeva and Akylai Muktarbek kyzy took part in work groups meeting in different EU states: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany and Greece. The meeting focused on the final stage of developing new master program 鈥淭alent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations鈥� or shortly 鈥淭alent鈥�.

As part of the sanitary and epidemiological work on the prevention of acute viral respiratory infections (ARVI) and influenza diseases among students and university employees, as well as the threat of coronavirus (COVID-19) entering Kyrgyzstan, AUCA will give a lecture on "The epidemiological situation in the world on coronavirus (COVID-19) and recommended preventive measures activity".

Arina Turgunbekova, the senior student of Liberal Arts and Sciences department with the human rights concentration, presented the Kyrgyz Republic in UNICEF Regional Conference 鈥淭he Children's Access to Justice鈥� in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 25-27 February, 2020.

On 4 March 2020 Crossroads Central Asia, an independent research institute, in collaboration with the International and Comparative Politics Department of AUCA, is hosting a one-day conference titled 鈥淭hirty years of Central Asia鈥檚 international relations: taking stock and looking forward鈥�.听

Meerim Karybaeva is a graduate of AUCA International and Business Law (IBL-103) department and LL.M. graduate of Erasmus 好色tv of Rotterdam School of Law, Netherlands.听In her last visit as a guest lecturer at AUCA, Meerim discussed with students the topic of 鈥淟egal Regulation of E-Commerce in Kyrgyzstan鈥� and shared her experiences and knowledge that she gained in her career over the course of 10 years.

Dr. Ozonnia Ojielo, UN Resident Coordinator to the Kyrgyz Republic will meet with AUCA students.听The International and Comparative Politics Department is launching the ICP Ambassador Talks. The department invites international ambassadors (Bishkek residents) to come and talk to students and faculty about various issues in Foreign Policy, International Relations, Bilateral/Multilateral Agreements and Diplomacy.听

Anastasia Lysogorova, a 4th-year student from the Department of听Television, Cinema and Media Arts, attended the annual Rotterdam Film Festival, which was held from January 24 - February 2, 2020, in Rotterdam.听
