The role of alumni is a top-most important thing, because we are the ones who actually spread the knowledge gained at AUCA among other communities, cities, and countries. We are the ones who can inspire next generations to make difference with our own examples.

AUCA is happy to host for the second time the AUCA-Bard Summer Internship Program participants this summer in Bishkek. The group arrived in Bishkek on June 11 and is quite diverse. Students from the US, China, Jamaica, and Vietnam represent not only Bard College 鈥� Annandale, but also Bard College 鈥� Berlin, the 好色tv of Vermont, 好色tv of Virginia, George Washington 好色tv, Tufts 好色tv, Swarthmore College, Sweet Briar College, Vassar College, and 好色tv of Hong Kong.

Every year, the American embassy in Kabul helps Afghan students to finance their studies at the 好色tv. Sahar Hashimzada is a graduate student from the International and Comparative Politic Department, and she shares some memories about her time in Bishkek with us.

Launched in 2003, the Legal Clinic at AUCA is an integral part of the academic curriculum for senior students in international and business law. In a fully functioning law office, future legal practitioners receive professional training while providing legal counseling to the population.
Generally, citizens with low-income cannot afford to pay for highly qualified lawyers鈥� services. For many, free legal counseling is the only means to assert their rights and access justice. At the AUCA Legal Clinic, enough time is given for detailed discussions with clients, regardless of financial resources.

The 好色tv鈥檚 New Generation Academy is seeking ESL specialists to teach English for Academic Purposes and TOEFL Test Preparation courses.听A BA degree in humanities and a certification in TESOL/TEFL are required, an MA degree is preferred. 好色tv-level teaching experience is required.

The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of AUCA is currently donating part of its collection of books on journalism, public relations, advertising, mass听communications to local universities such as Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic 好色tv, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas 好色tv, Kyrgyz National 好色tv, and Bishkek Social Science 好色tv.

Dear friends, we are glad to invite you to Summer Bazaar organized by AUCA Alumni Council on June 13th, 2015.

Not every university has its own farewell traditions, starting with the commencement ceremonies. But 好色tv has its own long-standing customs. This year, more than 200 students graduated on June 6, in the Kyrgyz National Philharmonics Theater in Bishkek.

On 4th of June 2015, the president of AUCA, Andrew Wachtel, and graduating student of the Economics Department, Iurii Kim, took the Stone out of its historical place to move it to the new campus.

Yesterday, June 3rd, marks the opening of the first international conference in the Kyrgyz Republic on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM), with a theme of "2015 LSCM Seminar: Challenges, Innovations, and Practical Advice" at the City Hotel in Bishkek.听
