On February 27, 2015 Tian Shan Policy Center organized the roundtable: 鈥淭he tasks of the labor market analyzes in the Russian Federation for the effective employment of labor migrants听from the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan".听听
In the focus of attention of roundtable participants were the research tasks to make analysis of the labor market in the Russian Federation and the听development of Kyrgyz and Tajik labor migrants鈥 profiles.

TSPC completed a survey and focus group discussions among NCO leaders and activists
Tian Shan Policy Center, the Civil Partnership Platform (CPP) "Central Asia on the Move" and the Human Rights Movement "Bir Duino - Kyrgyzstan", with the support of the representative offices of DCA and ICCO in Kyrgyzstan, concluded a survey among the leaders of NCOs and focus group discussions among the activists of NCOs on the issue of development trends in the political space of NCOs in Kyrgyzstan.

AUCA鈥檚 TSPC and IBL Department present 鈥淭orture and Abuse in the Kyrgyz Republic: The Practical Implications of Law Reform鈥
On November 5, 2013, TSPC organized presentation in combination with the International and Business Law Department’s Law week at AUCA.  Presenters included Sarah King from TSPC Human Rights, Nadejda Kolbina and Aidar Sydykov from Golos Svobody and Rysbek Adamaliev from Kylym Shamy.

TSPC meets with civil society in Southern Kyrgyzstan to discuss best practices for the prevention of torture
On 19 and 20 September, TSPC facilitated a workshop among its partners in Civil Society, primarily from the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, to discuss international standards and best practices for the eradication of torture and abuse during detention and the potential for their implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Tian Shan Policy Center Meets with NGO Community to Discuss Best Practices for the Prevention of Torture
The Tian Shan Policy Center (TSPC) is now implementing its new project, Enhancing the capacity of NGOs and institutions to advocate for implementation of human rights decisions and standards to prevent torture. This work is proceeding within the framework of TSPC’s human rights program. The project is funded by the European Union.

Discussion on the application of best practices in the area of protection of the rights of labor migrants in Kyrgyzstan
On June 3-4, 2013, the Tian Shan Policy Center (TSPC) at the 好色tv, together with the "Resource Centre for the Elderly” Public Association hosted the International Conference on Best Practices in Protecting Labor Migrants’ Rights and Perspectives of their Application in Kyrgyzstan.
